Terms of Service & Privacy

1. Demonstration access only

Landrespi is provided to you strictly for evaluation and demonstration purposes, to assess whether to enter a commercial agreement with GUSAGA. Access is by invitation only, is not a sale or license of the underlying software, may be limited in scope or duration, and may be modified or revoked at any time without notice. No production, commercial, or operational use of this demo instance is permitted. The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

2. Intellectual property & restrictions

The platform — including its software, source code, data model, workflows, user interface, design system, and underlying methodology (collectively, the “IP”) — is the exclusive property of GUSAGA. By accessing the demo, you agree that you will NOT, and will not permit or assist any third party to:

• copy, download, scrape, or reproduce any part of the IP beyond incidental caching required for browser rendering;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, architecture, or underlying methodology from the platform;
• use the platform, its workflows, or its methodology as a reference, template, or specification to build, commission, or contribute to a competing or derivative product or service;
• benchmark, publicly evaluate, or disclose performance or feature comparisons without GUSAGA’s prior written consent; or
• share your access credentials with anyone outside your organization, or use the demo for any purpose other than evaluating Landrespi.

These restrictions survive the end of your demo access and any termination of this agreement.

3. Your data

Project data you enter (locations, schedules, documents, notes) is stored to provide the service and shared only with your organization’s authorized users. Every change is recorded in an audit history.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: keeping you signed in and remembering preferences (e.g., theme). No advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access data beyond your authorization, disrupt the service, probe or test the security of the platform, or upload unlawful content.

6. Remedies

Violation of Section 2 causes harm that is difficult to remedy with money alone, so GUSAGA may seek immediate injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law, and may revoke access immediately without notice.
